The Chalice is one of the iconic tools of the Witch's altar. It symbolizes the element of water.

This wonderful new Chalice in cobalt blue has an etched and enamelled Vegvisir design from my husband, Marcel R. Dion! Vegvisir is the "Wayfinder" symbol. This beautiful design was created specifically for these Chalices.

This glass is a little chunkier than the classic wine glass shape. This is more reminicent of a craft beer glass. We thought this worked well for this Norse symbol. Glass is 7" tall, and 3" in diameter. It holds approximately 16 ounces of liquid when filled.

Solid blue glass is from Libby, an old and well known name in glass manufacture. The glasses are brought to our studio and hand etched with this lovely design, then a second process adds enamel to the etched design, then it is baked onto the glass for a long lasting, showy finish!

Note: While technically dishwasher safe, your new chalice will last longer and prevent additional etching from hard water and dishwasher runs if you hand wash.
