Salt has been used to cast circles for ages. Salt is sometimes poured onto window sills and doorways to act as a protective element. It is often sprinkled on the floor of a space, then swept away to absorb negative energy and remove it from the space.

White salt is used in all kinds of spell work - from protection, banishing and hexing, to love and money magick. Use white salt in circle casting for any kind of spell - it isuniversal.

This is my standard casting salt for all kinds of spells. I combine pure sea salt with Lavender flowers and whole Rosemary leaf, then add Lavender and Rosemary essential oil (not too much!), just enough to make the sale smell heavenly. Both Lavender and Rosemary have powerful protective qualities, and a lovely, stable energy for all koinds of magickal work.

Note: This is Not culinary salt, and is not intended for internal use. This salt is mixed with herbs and essential oils, so it is not for eating. Please use in magick only.
