Incense has been used to consecrate and bless sacred space for thousands of years. Burning herbs, resins and essential oil compounds is a classic practice. And using smoke to clear space for ritual is a cornerstone for many practitioners.

While there are many types of burners available for burning incense, this handy little burner does the job quite nicely for a very reasonable price! Suitable for cone incense, charcoal or stick, this is a multi-tasking little tool!

Incense is often used to represent the element of Air on the altar.

The burner is in two parts: the top has a hole in the center to allow smoke out. This can also functions as a place to stand an incense stick, but be aware ash will fall around the burner if you do that. The inside easily holds an incense cone, or a  charcoal disk (or piece of a disk).

NOTE: If you use this burner for charcoal, please be aware that it will get VERY HOT. These burners are metal and as such conduct heat super well. Put the burner on a tile or heat proof object to avoid burning your surface, and do not handle once the incense is lit to avoid burning yourself!

Petit little burner is a compact 2.5" tall, and 1.5" in diamter.
